The Woodstock Inn, Station and Brewery does have a room rental facility fee. The facility fees includes set up and break down of the room, linens, china, flatware, stemware and dance floor. We will only be catering one event per day.

The Greely Grand Package also includes many little special touches for your guests who will leave with a bottle of our home brewed ale with custom label, each signed by the wedding couple.

Instead of serving traditional vanilla ice cream with the wedding cake, we will have an ice-cream Sundae bar set up for your guests to make their own Sundaes to accompany your wedding cake.

Following dinner, the servers will pass out small chocolate cups filled with peppermint schnapps  (For the little ones, we will fill them with whip cream) to toast the bride and groom.

WEDDING CAKE

We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Jacques’ Fine European Pastries for guests interested in having the wedding cake included with the dinner package. We highly recommend using Jacques’ because their products are truly breathtaking and their cakes are something that all your guests will remember. Jacques’ is located in Suncook, NH and has won Best Wedding Cake design and taste 6 years in a row from the Best of NH Magazine.  The cost would be an additional $5.00 per person.  Jacques delivers your custom cake to the Woodstock Inn in a refrigerated van and sets the cake up for the reception. You and your fiancé will have a book of approximately 50 wedding cakes from which to choose. You will also work with Jacques’ to choose your filling, and type of cake.  They encourage you to go for a tasting to sample their delicious cakes and fillings.  The price per person also includes the wedding topper for the bride and groom to celebrate their first year anniversary and plenty of extra cake for guests who might enjoy seconds.

Rehearsal Dinner Menu

The Rice Family has been hosting rehearsal dinners at the Inn for many years.  We take pride in creating an environment where the food is great, the atmosphere is relaxed and the experience is unique. 

    We have 3 dining rooms which we are currently using for rehearsal dinners.  If you anticipate approximately 30 guests or under, we would recommend either the Tap Room or the Lower Train Station as the best location for your party.

The Lower Train Station is a private dining room located on the first floor of the main restaurant.  It comfortably seats up to 35 guests.  It has train paraphernalia throughout the room and is a great spot for a special gathering.  We do not charge a room fee to host your party in Lower Station.

We also have the Tap Room which is located upstairs next to the Kanc Club Room.  It too is great for parties.  What makes the Tap Room special is that you have your own private dining space, but you have a private bar as well. There is a hundred fifty dollar room fee if you choose to host your party in the Tap Room.

For groups of 35 or more we have a new function room called the Kanc Club Room.  It is a large space which also has an outdoor balcony.  There is a one hundred seventy five dollar room fee to host a party in the Kanc Club Room.

For rehearsal dinners with less than 15 guests, we would be able to offer you the choice of ordering off of the menu.

The menus listed are not written in stone.  Our Chef and management team will work with you to create the perfect celebratory dining experience.

 

 

BREWERY THEMED DINNER

$38.95 per person plus tax and gratuity

When your guests first arrive we would have a fruit, cheese and cracker display out for your guests to nibble on.  We would also have a brew sampling table for your group set up, so your guests can try samples of our various home brews.  Once everyone is ready to sit for dinner, each course of the brew themed menu will be served with a 5 ounce flute of one our home brews.

Followed by Loon Golden Ale Potato Soup

Woodstock Inn Classic salad-mesclun greens with summer vegetables topped with fresh beet and feta cheese served with Old Man Stout Vinaigrette dressing

Your guest would receive a small portion of each : (items could be swapped out for different menu ideas, this is an example)

Grilled Salmon or Swordfish grilled with a citrus weasel wheat marinade,
